You don’t have it all figured out - Just a place to start

For many people, starting counselling feels like stepping into the unknown. You might be carrying something heavy — grief, anxiety, burnout, or just a general sense that something isn’t quite right anymore. Or maybe life has shifted beneath your feet due to a loss, a change, or something you can’t quite name.

Here’s what I want you to know: you don’t need to have all the answers, a tidy story, or even the words to explain what’s going on. You just need space. Space to feel, space to breathe, space to grow — on your terms.

That’s what counselling offers.

And that’s what I offer you.
