Growing up can bring many changes, challenges, and emotions that can sometimes feel confusing or overwhelming. Children and young people may experience difficulties at home, school, or in their relationships, and they do not always have the words or confidence to express how they are feeling. Having a safe space where they feel listened to and understood can make a meaningful difference.

Modalities
I draw upon a range of therapeutic modalities and approaches to provide support that is tailored to your individual needs, experiences, and goals. Recognising that every person’s journey is unique, I integrate diverse methods to create a flexible, personalised approach rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model.
Person Centred
Person-centred therapy is a type of counselling that focuses on you as the individual, rather than viewing you through a diagnosis or a set of problems. It is based on the belief that with the right support and a safe, understanding environment, people can explore their feelings, overcome challenges, and grow in their own way.
Schema Informed
Schema-informed therapy explores how our early experiences and relationships can shape the way we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. It helps us understand the deep-rooted patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that may have developed over time and continue to influence how we think, feel, and behave.
